I really appreciated the bid from ASAP Plumbing because they were much more straight forward and knowledgable without being intimidating. Roland and his crew were terrific, experienced, professionals. They did super clean soldering work and they packed up and kept the work site spotless. They were fast, efficient, and a good value. It's great to find a tradesman like Roland who works with great integrity. I can't say enough great things about them. "I am one that usually does not write reviews,here I go. The technician they sent Paul Muro was on time both days he was here. Paul went over each job I had walked him through and he explained what parts he would be using and how he was going to do the work. I needed 2 showers repaired, 1 with a new fixture and one rebuild work. I had a faucet in the garage that needed replacing. I also had a inch and a quarter copper pipe leak on my pool, underground. One final job was to repair the outside hose bib. Paul did most if not all of the work done. He would have a helper, but this person would be called to another job, this happen twice during the two days of work. Ok I'm done writing my review, I know that it is long, but I could go on and I still couldn't say enough on how good Paul was on my home. Thank you, the only thing that got below A 5 rating was how much money it was costing. Have a good day."

"Reuben was right on time and did exactly what he promised. One thing I know about people is whether they are caring or not, and certainly Reuben is one caring individual. I was concerned about a water heater replacement and he said that he wanted to see if he could repair it before we even begin to talk about a replacement. He was able to obtain the materials and put in a new hot water pipe and fittings for the water heater and WOW - hot water! By the way, he has tremendous respect for Vets, police and fire and active duty and gave me a great discount. He's on my permanent list for plumbing! Thank you Reuben for a job well done!"
