He also gave me the option to pick up the materials he needed so I could avoid the markup Cransten would charge if he picked up the materials. "Quite honestly, this was not the lowest cost proposal I received for this project. If it wasn't for Ron I would have awarded the work to someone else. But Ron convinced me that there was a price for quality, and that I could trust them to deliver. I made the RIGHT decision. The installation is beautiful. Better than the original roof. When they arrived, they worked non-stop. When the project was complete, they cleaned up better than it was when they arrived. There was never a question on what was included in the price, and the workmanship is exquisite. big 5 stars."

"the person I talked to on the phone was extremely helpful, nice courteous and I assumed he was the plumber that was coming; toilet was installed crooked the (tank portion of it), the contractor charged 100 dollars more than quoted on the phone due to a part needed from the local hardware store, contractor was cordial and not very friendly, the contractor was making excuses for it being crooked. I did not give approval for that."
