"The men of MWR did a fantastic job on my master bath remodel. I had started the job myself 2 years ago but lost the physical ability to complete it after just doing the demo of the old shower. tub, and tile floor. MWR was actually willing to come in and complete the job for my wife and I. Many contractors will not do that for you. I wanted a high end steam shower kit installed and they did that as will as a new vanity with marble top. They removed and sided over an existing window and added a new window where we wanted one. They also added seamless vinyl flooring that my wife and I prefer over tile or wood. My wife and I are very satisfied with their work. So much so they are rebuilding our back deck and re-siding our home."

They cleaned after themselves at the end of every work day. If a problem aroused, they fixed or send for someone to come and fix it same day, and I live far. Dealing with Tom was pleasant, and I had no surprises on my bill.  Everything was disclosed beforehand. No work was performed without my approval, and I was always informed of the costs. "Thor is the best.  I was out of town for the second half of the project and the project turned into more than he or I bargained for.  He handled everything brilliantly and I trusted him to do a great job.  When I got back I was blown away by the quality of their work. The house is a really unusual mid century modern that the other contractors who came by for quotes were completely scared of...some of them didn't even get back to me. This place was in Really Really bad shape with a large amount of wood rot, structural issues, and come to find out during the repairs...a large amount of termite damage. Thor and his guys totally saved the house.  Now that the project is over...I couldn't have imagined picking anyone else.  The work was top notch, the price was more than fair, and Thor is a great guy!!!  Don't waste your time with anyone else! <br />"

"Work was completed but the woodpecker deterrent was not installed as quoted. Within 8 months more damage was done to the chimney face. Work and deterrent was supposed to be warranted. I have repeatedly called and left voice messages (no one ever picks up the phone) and sent emails requesting a representative to come out and relook at the problem. No one has returned my calls. I had one reply to an email promising someone would stop by to look at the problem but no one ever came to the house. All work is "guaranteed" but I guess once they made the initial repair and received payment that they don't really stand behind their work. Beware of hiring this company because if there is any problem with the work they will not respond and try to rectify the situation."
