"Found within 2 hours, the finished basement's shower, toilet, and furnace drain were all flooding "black" water.  We called Coolray, and they sent a plumber within two hours.  He immediately assessed that he was going to have to remove the toilet to unclog the line.  He did so, and recommended a camera diagnostic to see what the problem was.  (We had guests arriving, Friday evening, basement beds needed for guests, of course.)  We had a water mitigation service at our door first thing morning, that was recommended by Mr. Plumber. 
Monday morning we had the diagnostic camera showing us a broken pipe just outside the foundation of the house. The following day, dodging rain showers, and for $2400., we had the pipe dug out, replaced, and repaired.  No complaints about the professionalism, response, and intelligence of Mr. Plumber.  The $2400. seemed expensive, but the work was done efficiently and quickly.
Would call them again in any plumbing emergency.  They also are our air conditioning/heating company.  EXCELLENT.

"My basement was a hot mess! It flooded so badly that my hot water heater's pilot light often went out. It would take days for the pilot light ignition to dry out and for me to be able to relight it so that we could have hot water again. AquraGuard to the rescue!
