During his inspection, Wilson discovered that the furnace — which was installed by a different company — was missing a drip leg, something that should have been included during the original installation. He explained the issue thoroughly and recommended reaching out to the company that installed the furnace so they can correct their oversight. Wilson also reviewed the hot water heater installed by ABC and noted that it will require a plumber to return to install a drip leg. I really appreciated how transparent he was about what ABC handled and what was the responsibility of the previous installer. "Another great experience with Vanguard. My main water line to the house sprung a leak at 2pm on a Saturday. I have used Vanguard in the past and was very happy with them, so I called and got an appointment for Monday and was OK being without water for a day or so. David (tech) texted me 30 min later and said he could come earlier on Monday which was great, and when I explained what was happening in more detail, he offered to come out right then, on a Saturday! I explained that I could wait until Monday, but he insisted, and was there in a hour, and had it fixed 45min later. Thank you David! And if you are looking for a plumber, don’t go anywhere else!"

"Company responded quickly to inquiry and was on-site within 24hrs. Received high water bill 5x -6x the normal usage with no visible signs of a leak. Concealed leak was found behind exterior wall. Repaired quickly same day. An additional leak was also found on the city’s curbside of the meter due to recent change out to digital meter that was not installed correctly as valve and washers where not replaced. The real customer service was received by owner Danny who provided additional information being requested by insurance company as a claim was filed due to the water damaged caused by the concealed leak at slab/foundation level."

HE PROCEEDED TO TELL ME HOW PIPES CLOG AND RECOMMWNDED 2 OPTIONS TO DO.: INSTALL A 2 -WAY PIPE TO SEPTIC TANK; I SPECT PIPES FOR APPRIX $2000. OR DO THE ABOVE, THEN FORCE WATER THRU PIPES BY A HYDRO JET WATER SOURCE , WHICH COSTS APPROX $5000. BEING AN ELDERLY WOMAN WITH A BIG DECISION, I CHOSE THE $ 5000 JOB.
