"They came in the time allocated. I had two areas I needed looked at , main shut off waterline which some tightening of fittings that were done. The other was replace a part in the faucet if the tub that mixes cold an warm water. Only the cold worked. He tried to loosen and clean the warm part, it needed to be replaced. They went to the local hartware and purchased it. It now works fine now. One suggestion would be that every time an additional charge was mentioned, I had to ask specifically how much it would add to the total bill. I definitely will hire him again."

"Per village code, a water heater must have solid gas pipe going into it. Mine had flexible pipe. Precision Plumbing sent Dan Collins to my home to perform the gas pipe repair. It looks good. While he was here, I asked him to replace the copper flexible pipe water lines to the water heater. My budget allowed for the gas line repair. "Within 5 minutes of requesting a quote, they texted me and then called me. My kitchen sink was stopped up in both drains. I had tried draino but it didn't work. Unfortunately the appointment i had for the next day was canceled but rescheduled for the following day and at the time I needed. Gabriel C was my technician that came over to unclog my drain. He was very polite, professional and clean. He was able to get the water out thru the drain pipe right under the sink. He then pulled the rest of my pipes off and found the clog. He was able to get the gunk out and used his equipment and there were no more clogs down the rest of the pipes. He wore his booties inside and cleaned up after himself. I highly recommend Gabriel C for any of your plumbing needs."
