"I just wanted to update a review with new information. We had picked Karoly to replace 4 hurricane impact patio glass sliders. Karoly did an excellent job & we were glad we picked him. The point of this update is the truest measure of any contractor you hire is how do they respond if there is an issue or problem, that when you really find out who you're dealing with. On one of the glass panels there was a slight defect, Karoly notified me (at the time I didn't even notice it) contacted the manufacturer, reordered a new panel and pursued the completion until we were happy. This proved to us we had in fact placed our trust in the right person and right company. I can not emphasize this enough Karoly can be trusted, his Company is very professional and you can't ask for better people to deal with. "Great service and product! Bruce arrived when promised to measure Windows and gave a fair price to install screens on 2 unusual shaped, east facing bedroom windows. Within 3 weeks the screens were installed. It's too early to tell how it will effect electric bill but I can say both rooms are no longer so hot in the morning and the filtered sunlight looks beautiful! I love the look from the outside too!"

"Going with Advanced Hurricane Protection was the BEST decision! First, they came up with a design and plan that addressed 2 difficulties: the fit of a door that was not standard size and avoiding the replacement unique oversized large window. Their pricing, even with some special adjustments of the non standard door, was competitive. They did their work in 2 stages- shutters first and then the windows and doors separated by the Holidays. The men who did the shutters arrived on time and worked exclusively outside of the house. They solicited my preferences when it was appropriate - especially re the placement of the bottom tracks for the patio shutter enclosure. They even gave consideration to the placement re my dogs and their access to the doggie door! They protected all of my patio furniture and cleaned up when they were done. I was very impressed with them. Oh- and they wore masks because of covid when near me. They showed me how to work the shutters and locks and gave me maintenance tips. Overall a really nice job. The team that worked on my windows arrived on time and were tidy when working and considerate in my home to wear masks. They draped my furnishings to minimize the dust and vacuumed when complete. They worked one room, of my preference, at a time to minimize the disturbance within my home. They were a happy team as I could hear them talking with each other nicely and sometimes laughing with each other. They did a great job and made it all look so great! The windows and doors are quiet and good looking and feel heavy yet they glide in their tracks. Really nice! One handle didnt function as well as they thought it should and they brought it to my attention and said they would have it addressed.. and sure enough in no time, the Shwinco Representative arrived to resolve it fully. The team had the papers for the permits and inspections ready for me when I prepared to settle the bill. I am so impressed with the windows and very very impressed with their installation. However, when there is a company that performs so above and beyond expectations, and does it less expensive than anyone else, and gives customer service that you thought was extinct, then the time comes to crack open the laptop and share that experience with everyone. I am thrilled and excited to share with you our experience with Ross Services. Our pool and patio were in desperate need of renovation, but we dreaded the thought of taking on a construction project in South Florida. Initially we screened about 12 companies on line and narrowed it down to 4 for on-site estimates. We had several issues on top of the new pool resurface and new patio. We had hurricane shutter tracks that needed to be adjusted and steel shutters cut. We had a very large heavy planter that needed to be moved, and we had a tricky drainage issue, as we have a flush walk out onto patio from our living room. Greg from Ross Services was the ONLY one who was able to address and solve all our issues. In fact, after adding all the extra services Ross actually came in with a lower price. Competitors did not come close to all the "extras" Ross provided and which were all included in the quote. Gre g takes his time reviewing all design options, has lots of pictures and even brings tile samples which saves you from having to visit tile showrooms. As a nice bonus they even provide pool service for your pool for 2 months, and Michael with Puya Pools is conscientious and super knowledgeable. Workers were always on time, fast (patio and pool were completed in one week) and professional. Greg kept us posted on what to expect as the project progressed and was always available by phone or text for questions. Thankfully we chose the right company.
