"They came in the time allocated. I had two areas I needed looked at , main shut off waterline which some tightening of fittings that were done. The other was replace a part in the faucet if the tub that mixes cold an warm water. Only the cold worked. He tried to loosen and clean the warm part, it needed to be replaced. They went to the local hartware and purchased it. It now works fine now. One suggestion would be that every time an additional charge was mentioned, I had to ask specifically how much it would add to the total bill. I definitely will hire him again."

"Per village code, a water heater must have solid gas pipe going into it. Mine had flexible pipe. Precision Plumbing sent Dan Collins to my home to perform the gas pipe repair. It looks good. While he was here, I asked him to replace the copper flexible pipe water lines to the water heater. My budget allowed for the gas line repair. Although the additional copper pipe repair exceeded my budget, I do feel that I got my money's worth. My water pressure has increased significantly. Good job Dan!"

First project: Ryan installed a new sump pump with a battery backup, repaired a leaking faucet, fixed loose toilets by replacing the O-rings, and corrected a back flow issue with my dishwasher. Second project: A sewer pipe was severed at the point where it connects to the house. Ryan completed the repair efficiently within one day and also inspected my dishwasher when it was not functioning properly. "Scott and crew were very professional & friendly. They showed up to work a planned half day to find the bad pipe. After not locating the pipe in the location we had hoped, Scott & crew waited while my husband and helper removed cabinets so they could continue the job on past the agreed upon time, working well in to the evening to find, diagnose and replace the bad pipe. Scott offered us SEVERAL options to fix our issue (which wasn't an entirely easy fix), allowing us to decide which route we wanted to take. Every step of the way, Scott asked BEFORE doing any work. Scott provided a price range before the job began, so we had a general idea of the scope of work. At the end of the day, the work came back on the high end of the estimate, to be expected with the scope of the job and the hours he and his crew spent at our house. Scott also offered to write a Plumbers Report for our insurance in hopes some of the work could be covered, even after an initial denial. I'm not sure if he has done this yet, but it was nice of him to offer to help us recoup some of the money based on the extensive work he and his crew had to to do get our drain working again. Homeowners insurance does not cover broken or deteriorated pipes under your concrete slab if there is no visible damage ABOVE the floor. Unfortunately, the damage left behind after digging and replacing plumbing is extremely expensive, so beware if you're on a slab and have plumbing issues due to age & deterioration. We appreciate Scott's friendly professionalism, quick response to calls & ALWAYS asking before moving on to the next step, walking us through the entire process. Would highly recommend Scott to anyone looking for plumbing needs. We hope to have Scott back to tackle our bathroom remodel at a later date.
