Offered to leave a trap, but warned that it could also get other animals, including neighbors' pets. Decided against that. Charged only for the 'service call.' I would contact again if future issues."

"Suspected something living under my house, and did not know if animal was attracting neighborhood coyote. Was surprised to find a pup litter of coyote babies under my house. When I called John he offered to come that Sat., but would be cheaper to come on Monday. Chose to wait. He came as expected, took care of the problem, left a cage for unfinished business, and came back a week later to remove the cage. He was very pleasant and advised me of cost upfront. Said many companies charge per animal removed, he did not charge like that. It was a flat rate. 7 babies would have been very expensive! There was a trip charge and a removal charge. "It was very considerate of Jon to call and say that he was going to be late due road conditions (it was pouring on Saturday).  I didn't mind because anyway they had given me an ETA between 0900am - 1100am.  I had mentioned in my communication with Sergio that the wasps' nest was situated on the mesh screen in the skylight above my garage, but I guess no one told Jon.  In any case, Jon went up on the roof and tried to access the mesh, but could not.  Instead he sprayed inside the skylight and down into the mesh.  I asked him to also spray around my sliding patio door because bees somehow found a way to enter my house.  Jon pointed out that there were holes in the brick wall where they made their nests.  He sprayed inside the holes and filled them with a spongy metal material.  I could see the effects immediately, as some bees tried to return to the nest but now could not.  All in all, very good service and Jon is a very polite, well-mannered young man.  I will use them again if I have any pests problems in the future.

"A squirrel entered our basement via an uncapped vent.  We called Nevernest who within hours sent a technician. The technician explained how squirrels typically behave. He set up 2 Havahart-type traps with nuts as bait, and told us to call when the squirrel was caught.  He would then charge us for the service and take the squirrel to be released elsewhere.  The next day, the squirrel was still loose in the basement.  We opened a door leading outside and built a high platform. (The technician had explained that the squirrel would stay as high up as possible, and would not come down to the floor.)  The squirrel did find his way out. We called Nevernest. The office said to put the traps outside where the technician could retrieve them.  They did not change anything. They were quick, pleasant, professional - we would definitely recommend them.

"Mike came out to my rental house when he was supposed to be there; right on time.  He told my painter that I did not need pest control services because the entire house was painted and that the roaches wold no longer be a problem.  I was a few minutes late and Mike explained that I don't need his services and that if it were his house, he wouldn't pay the $125 to hire him, I did not need it.  I thanked him for his honesty, but, I felt like I should hire him anyway, since I called him out to my house.  So, I told him I didn't doubt his professionalism, but, since I called him out to work, I thought it would be a good idea for my own peace of mind and just to ensure the problem was handled. 
He did a thorough job of applying the control in the kitchen, paying special attention to cabinets, behind cabinets, stove, frig, etc.  He did a perimeter control on the interior, and guaranteed his work for 30 days.  It has been a week, and no signs of any roaches, living or dead.  It wasn't that bad of a problem, but, after 2 thorough applications of store bought product and still having some live roaches, I needed a solution.  Mike said my painter did the extermination job, but, why take chances?  Besides, Mike is a very friendly and honest guy and I appreciated his advice.  Thanks Mike.  Hope I don't have a need for your service, but, I have 5 houses, so when I do, I will call you.
