"They sent out Victor. He is a nice guy. We have dealt with him a couple of times before. He brought the parts with him, and had the seal fixed in under an hour. The price was reasonable, and thanks to the good people at My Appliance Repair Houston the whole experience was very painless. This is a great company, and great service companies are hard to find. If you have a broken appliance in the Houston area you should give them a call."

"It went well, he came out to look at my dishwasher. He mentioned that the pan was rusted through, which was causing the dishwasher to leak. Turns out this wasn't at all the case, it was just overflowing. Although he was incorrect about that, he did fix the ice maker in my refrigerator without charging me."

"The service man was very friendly, he looked the dishwasher over, and found the pump was clogged, and so he basically charged for the trip, and taking the pump out, and removing at toothpick and small plastic wrap, and putting it together again.
He could have just replaced the pump, but he took the time to take the pump apart and clean it out.
