"Extremely impressed - I originally contacted him in December, and when he came over, he looked at the fireplace and told me that I could wait until after the winter to have it cleaned.  He could have simply done the work and taken the payment even though it didn't need to be done yet.  So I waited, and called this summer, scheduled a date, had to change the date, then I forgot on the second date.  His response? No problem. On the 3rd date that I scheduled, he was here early.  With a smile on his face, even though I had inconvenienced him and messed up his schedule the week before.  That's customer service that you rarely find today.
