"I called E&G Exterminators because we had yellow jacket bees in our house. I called and they came out right away. Their technician, Marco, was very polite and professional. The bees got in where the brick and the siding meet in the front of the house and ate their way through the wall. Over 500 yellow jackets killed."

"The classic we don?t realty care because we got you to sign a contract type of company. Spoke with Emmy. You told me, we can get a tech out there between 2-5. The proceeds to ask me to sign a yearly contract. Then around 1:30 pm I receive a text message which I just saw telling me they won?t be here till tomorrow. Canceled and blocked my credit card. Talk about a great way to waste a new clients day. I called Kapture and they sent a guy out the same day. I will be using Kapture for my bee issue. "

He explained in detail what he saw,.. looked in all areas inside and outside my home and suggested exactly what I needed. He explained everything he was doing to rid my home of the animals and also explained the bait traps and items bait used assured me they were SAFE and EFFECTIVE. "Very responsive, unlike other companies I tried to contact. Reliable. Took several weeks to get all the squirrels, but Pat showed up every morning, even in 5 degree weather, to check the traps and reset them. He patched up the entry hole once they had all been evicted, and we have had no problems since. We definitely recommend All About Bats and Wildlife."
