The reason I removed one star is because I believe the quoted contract price, specifically for allowances, can improve. You should expect to add a minimum of $20,000 to your contract price. I also recommend referring to your contract throughout to ensure you aren’t getting an extra charge for something that should be included. Like I said, the quality of work is fantastic, but the up front pricing can improve."

From very start talking to Rachel in the scheduling process she was a lot more detailed and wanted to really know what exactly I wanted, so the initial call this Co vs others (the others I only scheduled tech visit by text/robot) so I really appreciated the attention to detail they took even before meeting me in tech visit.
