The reason I removed one star is because I believe the quoted contract price, specifically for allowances, can improve. You should expect to add a minimum of $20,000 to your contract price. I also recommend referring to your contract throughout to ensure you aren’t getting an extra charge for something that should be included. Like I said, the quality of work is fantastic, but the up front pricing can improve."

I got 3 quotes for my kitchen remodeling, US Home Services wasn't the lowest price but I liked their higher value of quality as a company. That's why I ultimately went with them. And customer service. every time I called I never got the voicemail, they are very friendly and helpful, available in the office. From very start talking to Rachel in the scheduling process she was a lot more detailed and wanted to really know what exactly I wanted, so the initial call this Co vs others (the others I only scheduled tech visit by text/robot) so I really appreciated the attention to detail they took even before meeting me in tech visit. The service when they got here was fast and without trouble, They got done in two days the first day was cabinets which was finished that one day and the next day was countertops which was finished on same day as well and it looks awesome!!! I would hire these guys again any day especially if they did a plumbing job for 50 dollars! "
