In July 2018, Breda crew came out on scheduled date and time, cleaned up and disinfected the bat and squirrel droppings, set traps and a bat net, and installed the metal flashing covering the construction gap around my entire roofline. Breda has come back out several times since to check traps, check the roof line, and check for any holes in ridge vents and soffit vents. I would highly recommend hiring Breda. Jason, Ryan, DJ, Taylor, Robert, Ralph, Jonathan, and the other crew members and office staff are easy to work with, answer all of your questions, and address all of your concerns. "Complete bat resolution in attic and detached 2 story garage.  They sealed both the house and the garage (EVERY crack and crevice).  They put in one-way doors for the bats to escape.  After several weeks (time for the bats to leave), they removed all the insulation, cleaned all the bat droppings and put in new insulation.  This was a HUGE job and they resolved the problem completely.  They didn't completely seal a few areas in the free standing garage, so the bats came back after a few months.  When I called them to discuss, they immediately scheduled a job to re-do the work in the garage.  To resolve it, they did the ENTIRE process again (after sealing the areas they missed), at no cost. <br /> Rid-A-Critter has a customer for life. <br />"
