"They were hired to replace the roof on my 3 level three-family, which had 3 layers of shingles on it!! (Which is illegal btw, but what do I know?) Collected deposit, materials and dumpster the day before, done in 1.5 days!! Workers are very polite! Owner stayed in contact with me throughout! Called them to request that they come back to go over some areas again with a magnet, he came back and did the whole property! But now I test easy knowing I've got a 50 year warranty on my roof! Owner came back to collect the balance due, and I was amazed, bc my house was built in 1890, chances are good that those 3 layers of shingles are from the original roof, so I was AMAZED that they only needed 3 sheets of plywood, I thought there would be more damage, what a blessing!!
