After comparing with other quotes, we chose to go with Ron for several reasons, but mainly because of his years in the business, willingness to discuss concerns and answer questions, and his itemized quote. Ron kept me up to date with changes when the unit he ordered was delayed. He showed about 30 minutes early day of install to get a head start on some weather. During the install, he welcomed questions and explained everything to my satisfaction. We made modifications to the work, deciding not to do the sheetrock replace or electrical (contracted separately) and this was reflected in the quote. The work was timely and well done. "I called late on a Friday afternoon after my air went out. They came after hours, installed the new unit, and took the old one for evaluation & possible repair. A year later I called them back for another ac problem (different unit), and they came same day. Whereas another contractor told me to junk the unit, Greg replaced a small part & all was well. The vent hood took a trip into the attic and up onto the roof, but they figured out the problem and solved it.
