The biggest job Rock Creek Roofing and Construction has done for me is replacing my roof and siding on my new shop. The crew came in and took the old shingles off and started replacing them on the first day. They were able to finish putting the new shingles on and cleaning up the next morning. Over the phone I told him I had a newborn so he was nice and called when he was outside instead of ringing the doorbell in case my son was sleeping. For the inspection he showed me pictures of what was wrong and what they would do to fix it. "The job itself seemed to go very well but there was a problem that I found out after they finished the job and there were damaged gutters. If the roofing crew have notified myself or the contractor in fixing the issues, it would have been simple. When I did the contract of the roof, I also contracted the gutter to be replaced, and they has not replaced the gutter. Update 04/21/2025: The contractor responded to my issues and did a fantastic job. Thank you for responding quickly and so well."
