Did exactly what they said they would do, replacing about 5 sheets of plywood at no extra cost, plus a few additional items with no change order; they just ate the cost. Set up lights to get it done in one day. Clean-up was perfect, not one piece of paper left behind after pulling off two layers of roofing material and replacing the skylight. Plus, a 30-year GAF warranty. Timberline GAF. Highly recommend, I stayed and watched the whole process, and not one foul word, and no one was smoking. I have been a property manager for 40+ years, a real Estate agent, and a General Contractor. Reasonably priced, also. For the service, I would say excellent price. "This company’s name is appropriately reflected in their competency, integrity, professionalism, and value they provide. My new home’s furnace has been having the same problem for the last two winters, and I have had the builder’s subcontractor, and two other HVAC companies try and fail to resolve condensation issue that prevents the furnace from running.
