The repair option was less expensive, though not guaranteed to resolve the issue - as a few different things could be the root cause and it may need replaced entirely. I chose to repair it, and thankfully it resolved the issue at very little cost. Grateful to KC Metro Plumbing for following up with us on our inquiry so quickly, and coming out the next day (before freezing temp's outside were forecasted to arrive just 2 days later). "We are long-time Anthony’s customers and are on their ASAP plan. We had a list of several electrical projects we needed done: (1) a bedroom wall switch replaced (2) 2 lights added to our basement (3) a kitchen fluorescent fixture re-wired to accept LED lighting (4) a bathroom fan replaced and (5) an outlet with a dedicated circuit installed in our garage for the control box of a sprinkler system. The team of Todd and Tyler arrived at our house at the appointed time and got right to work. All of the work was done very professionally and we are very happy with the result. They were actually able to replace the motor in the old bathroom fan, which was less expensive than replacing the entire fan, and that was fine with us! The invoice was very clear about what work was done and we got a nice discount because we are ASAP members. We have also used Anthony’s for HVAC and plumbing work and are always very satisfied with the work and the professionalism of the Anthony’s employees."

"I requested replacing a full drain pipe system. When they came, they only fixed the one part that was leaking, not the whole drain. They told me it would cost significantly more to replace the full drain, even though when they came out to bid it, I was very explicit on wanting it all replaced. The leak is fixed, but they also used a white pipe while the rest of the piping was black. They even told me they saw reviews the picture before coming, and still brought and use white piping. So now it is very mismatched."

He has saved me so much money simply by giving me good information and doing things right the first time. Willis has years of experience and is honest and straightforward (he also has a great sense of humor, which can alleviate the stress when you're in a household crisis). He never tries to oversell you by pressuring you to buy appliances or get work done you don't need and he responds to calls promptly and professionally. "I had the need to replace an outside spigot that had split due to freezing. LJ gave me a call at 11:30 to set up an appointment. Kyle was out at 2 pm and was finished by 3 pm. He did excellent work and the replacement spigot works perfectly! KC Metro Plumbing was less than half the bid I had received earlier in the day, and they had it replaced in the same day! Will definitely be calling them again for future plumbing needs!"

"Simon came out and spent a lot of time looking at the plumbing in our 40 year old house. He found the sources of the problem and said repairs would need to be performed and asked I wanted to have someone come out and provide and estimate. Jay came out the next morning and looked at the situation described by Simon and gave us a couple of options to solve the problem. He saved us a lot of money that another plumber might have charged us to do the job differently. Both men were very professional, polite and showed up on time. In addition they both wore masks while in our house."

"Company was called on Weds and had us set up for the next day. Garrett showed up on time and quickly got to work repairing our leaky toilet. At our request, He replaced the old water line that was leaking, reattached the toilet to the floor as well as all of the parts inside the toilet. In addition, we had some wood subflooring around a second toilet that he removed and replaced. All of this was completed quickly and at a reasonable price. Best of all, I only has to hire one company instead of two. Garrett and Handyman matters are excellent and I will recommend them to everyone."
