"I had two squirrels living in my attic. They set up a barrier with a trap on it to where I thought they were coming in to trap them, and they seemed to go away for awhile but we didn't catch them - spent $170 for that. I heard them again and they came out to set another trap in a different location (spent $160 for that) and managed to catch them both (one at a time after resetting it). My only complaint was the second squirrel was killed while I was at work and was dangling from the front porch eaves where my daughter came across it after work. It was very disturbing to her so I texted immediately to have them come remove it. They said they would be there the next day, but forgot. I think it was another day after that before they came back. They did apologize, but it was rather troubling to have a dead squirrel dangling from my roof for three days. I always feel like things are overpriced when it's something I could really do myself (I thought they would offer more value like looking around for other places that might need to be addressed -- I had to point out all the places to look at). Bottom line the squirrels are gone and none have been back since, so that is good."

"I found KC Critter Solutions off of Angi. Our daughter was hearing noises above her ceiling at night and we thought there was an animal in our attic. Patrick responded to my inquiry on Angi and called me within 5 minutes. He was able to fit me in the same day. Patrick aseessed our home to determine where the critter could enter in. We set a trap, caught a possum, and called Patrick. He came over within a few hours after I called, and took care of the animal. Patrick was very knowledgeable and professional. Our family will definitely use KC Critter Solutions with any future critter issues!"

"Very professional and quick. More affordable than other places for very basic and straight forward work. Knowledgeable about the animals and their trapping. Suggestion Only: I think it would be helpful if they knew reliable general contractors to assist with some basic construction work that was needed to remove a nest from my ceiling. I was told there is a nest of babies that need to be removed within 24 hours from removing the momma squirrel. I didn't know any reliable contractors and didn't have time to find one so i just had to let the babies die while waiting until after Easter for someone to make a cut in the ceiling and patch it up. I think they and their clients would really benefit from having reliable resources handy for the best outcome."

Chris was very quick to respond to provide initial service and then treated the entire house after that. He is very good at communicating and keeping in touch and shows up when he says he will. Very knowledgeable and easy to work with. I plan to continue to use Blue Valley Pest control for ongoing annual treatments to maintain the warranty."

"One person came out to fix the light and somehow got it working, but wasn't certain it would keep working. He told me that he would come back if it stopped working.  It stopped working soon after he left.  He had an electrician (certified) come out within a few days who quickly diagnosed the problem - the switch box controls three lights.  The box had been incorrectly wired probably when the house was build.  He corrected the faulty wiring and the switch works fine now.  Both guys were nice.  The electrician came a day after he called to set the appointment because he was going to be starting a big job and mine would not have been gotten to otherwise.  I appreciated this.
This company does a lot of different handyman services including bathroom and kitchen remodels.  I will talk with them about a bathroom remodel.
