"Simmons Home Improvement, LLC did a wonderful job on my project. They replaced an attic fan and louver system in my attic over the garage. It was complicated. Demetri made suggestions and recommendations as to the system proposed, work to be done and keep me updated all along the way. They finished the job inside and out beautifully which included installation of the system, electrical and replacing siding that needed to be cut and reinstalled due to adjustments that needed to be made. Demetri and his team were neat, professional and respectful to me and of my property at all times. Thank you Demetri for everything. "It was a pleasure again working with Yosuary Diaz and his team on our unfinished basement renovation. We hired them before for whole house interior painting. I would definitely hire him again for other home renovations. Him and his crew are great and are very skilled at what they do. Diaz was not the cheapest, but also not the most expensive contractor, but overall, well worth it! We had our entire basement gutted out and rebuilt. Diaz and his team rebuilt everything from the sub-flooring, new walls, and plumbing...and other major infrastructure that is not always thought of. We love our new basement with a complete bathroom! We highly recommend Yosuary Diaz and his team if you have a major home project."

"Fully remodeled 3bed 1 bath home into 3bed 1 and 1/2 bath. New roof, new HVAC unit. New kitchen and added a half bathroom to the main level. Also converted the basement into a 1bed, 1bath, full size w/d, kitchen etc. The remodel was a success. I am pleased with the outcome. Elite home is reliable, fair, and did great job on my renovation. I would definitely recommend them and use them again for my next project."

"FAMB called and I told the owner what needed done. They knew just what to do after that. Gave me an estimate on one day, started the job the next day and completed. Cleaned up nicely everything pretaining to the fence even cut down a Bush that was in the way that grew there over time. The owner does quality work he and his helper. The replacement of my fence is awesome. Love looking out my back now. Highly recommend his service. Professional in his line of work. Nice and courteous to his customer. There was no question that we wanted Steve Everett of Dream Maker Bath and Kitchen to remodel our bathroom, as he had remodeled our kitchen 2 years ago and we were very familiar with his integrity, professionalism, skill and dedication. It took about 5 weeks to complete the job, and that is about what we expected. Steve hires only top notch professionals to work with him, so they were all very skilled, hard working, prompt, pleasant and made every effort to coordinate their schedule and to minimize disruption to our household. They removed part of a wall, which enlarged our bath to accommodate an extra set of storage cabinets, and made a porcelain tiled shelf on the window box behind the free standing tub. We joked that it would be a great place to set a wine glass! Our old shower was enlarged and replaced with a glass enclosed, tiled shower. The dual sinks were replaced along with the cabinets and counter top. Flooring was replaced with porcelain tile. We love our "new" master bath and kitchen! Every day feels like we are on vacation and staying in a luxury condo! If you have an idea for your kitchen and/or bath, Steve Everett can make it come to life! We highly recommend him!"
