"John Villa has done several renovation jobs for me before, mainly bathroom and kitchen renovations, and his work on all of them was excellent. I needed to upgrade my windows to hurricane impact windows and although I had several quotes for the project I went with John. I know his work and he agreed to paint the windows after the installation which none of the other contractors included in the project. John did not disappoint and in addition to the excellent work he added quartz window sills and I repainted the house to complete the job. John is also responsive to follow up questions and concerns which most contractors do not do"

"Di Luca Flooring did an incredible job replacing our hardwood floors with ceramic tile in most of the living areas (3 bedrooms, living/dining room, parlor and hallway) our home (roughly 1700 sq feet). They provided me with a very competitive estimate so I chose them over several other vendors. The installation had to be delayed due to COVID19, and was even more challenging because both my wife and I were working from home, but they were on time every day, worked extremely hard, were very communicative about every aspect of the installation, worked with us so that we could both have workspaces despite removing all furniture and flooring, and did an amazing job. The floors look amazing and it has completely changed the look of the interior of our home. I would definitely recommend them if you're looking to do any kind of flooring or renovations to your home."

"I employed Carlos and his team do a complete renovation for me. Carlos was a great salesman and sold me his bungalow package that was an all inclusive price for the kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. This price was originally very competitive with others and I was told it included all labor, materials and I could choose from any items from his preferred vendors. His original estimate for construction was 2 months. While Carlos subs did a good job, the job took over 5 months, with multiple items taking even longer, it cost approximately 15K more than expected as I was informed that several things I wanted we’re not included in the all in one price, and communication between Carlos, myself and the team was poor where often scheduled times were not met. Lastly I had personal items in my home that were stored in a separate room that was not being renovated that were unexplainably disposed of by his crew. When the workers had to come again to do touch up work they got paint on my couch."

"Our renovation with Hammer Construction affected every room of our farmhouse and was done in five months including installing an unexpected 30 ft I-beam, restoring and adding hardwood floors, removing a sunken living room, total kitchen overhaul and total master bathroom overhaul. We met Savio once during our first consult and estimate. The designs helped us nail down specifics before demo began. Humberto saw us through every step of the process with professionalism and excellent communication. He knew when to fight our battles with us and when to advise us to "let it go". There are things that came up that were unfortunate: it's a wonky 40 year old house, as it settles a wall here or there isn't totally flush. We had much more pros than cons with our experience with Hammer and always recommend them to others (and will consider them for future projects)."

"We had a complete inside house renovation, 3500 sqft. Andrew said he would be there everyday, some Saturdays too, and he was, never missed a day during the 5 month renovation. He was always available and very responsive. I have been in the home building industry for over 20 years and it was obvious that Andrew knows what he is doing and brings over 30 years of experience and talent to the job everyday. Another great attribute he brings to the job is the ability to share ideas but also listens to new ideas and is very willing to try new ways and styles. I canâ t say that Andrew didnâ t have strong opinions from time to time but we were always, and I mean always able to work through any issue or disagreement. (He even sometimes admitted he was wrong, LOL) Seriously, I found a friend in Andrew and his team, which is something I never expected. His lead guy on my job, Justin, has the greatest attitude and wants to please the customer and his boss and does a great job walking that line. I consider Andrew and Justin to be life long friends. The job was large, a complete remodel, every room in the house, floors to ceilings, fixtures and new builds, tear outs and reruns of electric and plumbing. There wasnâ t a spot in the house that wasnâ t touched, new door trim, new window trim, new base, new doors, added doors, cabinets, countertops, appliances, lighting fixtures, ceiling fans, toilets, tubs, showers, faucets, sinks, carpet, if it goes in a house it was done during this job. Andrew has a CAN DO attitude and a WILL DO mentality. It was a pleasure working with him, and in my case I did work with him, but even if thatâ s not your desire, he can and will do it all. If Andrew says he will do something, he does it, no exceptions and no excuses, heâ s there when he says heâ ll be and stays until itâ s done. His crew listens to him, learns from him and keeps the job site clean and neat, well, as neat as you can during a full remodel. If I were to do this again, I hope thatâ s not the case, I would use Andrew, SIMCORP, again. One last shout out to Andrew and his team, especially Justin who never missed a day and always aimed to please, worked extra hard and put in numerous extra hours, always going the extra mile. Thanks to Andrew for his willingness to allow Justin to do that, that shows the kind of leader Andrew is and his willingness to have his crew be so customer oriented.
