Tim was completely professional and dedicated, even staying very late the last evening to complete the job. A significant bonus to this project is knowing that we have lifetime warranty on the shower, even transferable to a subsequent home owner. Even though I expected a mess to be made while installing, I was very impressed at how they constantly kept it to a minimum.
