Our grade of our sewer line didn't allow for the line to completely clear itself and later that day we had more water in pipe. A call to Jay and his guys were back to our house for a whole new issue and by the days end the sump pump we needed to help the water go to the main sewer line to our street was installed. We now can take showers, run sinks, do laundry without having to check our pipes after each use.
