"The inspector was polite and friendly, and offered a lot of helpful advice regarding our new home beyond the standard termite inspection. For example, he showed me entry points throughout the home that I should reseal to keep mice out, and named the product I could use as a sealant and gave me guidance as to how to work with it, but also left me with a card in case I didn't want to deal with it myself. This is the best of both worlds for me, because it allows me to make the choice between saving money or saving myself the trouble.
