"While looking for a plumber to inspect and replace a leaking water heater, I found Rapid Repairs.  I called the number, and was directed to send a text message if I needed a emergent response.  After only a few minutes, I got a response in a text message addressing my issue.  They were professional and answered my questions as best he could without being at my house.  I even got estimates based on my answers.  The only reason I did not utilize their service was that I needed hot water immediately, and they were already on multiple service calls, meaning the earliest they could come out would be Monday.  
I would definitely use them in the future, I was very happy with the response and appreciated that he was polite and understood that I couldn't wait for them to become available.

So we decided to changed to another company, Master Sewer and Piping Inc. Sam came in with his crews 20 min after we called, they did inspection, put a camera into the main sewer and found the falling metal pipe pieces in the main sewer, they remove it and this this, the drain issue was complete solved. We also asked they to replace the hot water heater. They came in with a brand new heater and finish the replacement within a day. Sam and his crews are very professional and experienced. They did the job clean, fast and neat. They are licensed and insured Plumber. We will definitely call them if we have any plumbing issue."

I gave him a call and received a prompt phone call back from George who is extremely knowledgeable and very well spoken. George was extremely kind to give me advice and spend time talking to me regarding a project that I have planned as he unfortunately could not take on my particular project.
