"They did a great job. There were 2 small closets that weren't included in the original quote, but because they had extra material, they did them for free. After the original installation, there were some areas where the carpet didn't line up perfectly, and when I asked them about it, they came out promptly and fixed it. These were subtle things, so I don't blame them for missing them, but I want to credit them for responsiveness and ownership of the entire process. Great job."

"My hot water heater, in the attic, broke and flooded a large portion of my house, including both hardwood & carpeted floors. To have the flooring replaced, I interviewed representatives from several flooring companies. I chose Simmons Floorcovering because of their professionalism, reasonable pricing, and their many positive reviews. I definitely made the correct choice! Siegfried was great I work with. He was very responsive, efficient, and customer-oriented. Bruno and his crew removed the old flooring and did the subsequent installation. The did an excellent job and my new floors look beautiful! What impressed me the most was the honesty of Siegfried and Bruno when, at one point during the installation, Bruno discovered moisture on the slab in a bedroom. He showed me the moisture and said that he could not continue the installation until the moisture problem was remedied. My immediate response was to thank Bruno for his honesty, as I know that some flooring companies would have gone ahead and put the flooring down over the wet slab, without telling me about it. Siegfried followed up with a moisture check and graciously spoke with the slab leak plumber when he came to check for a plumbing leak. Needless to say, this problem disrupted not only my schedule, but also Simmons' installation schedule. After the slab moisture problem was fixed, however, Seigfried and Bruno were able to quickly reschedule the installation and finish the job. I cannot more highly recommend Simmons Floorcovering!"
