Called at 0800 when they opened, was given a window of 10 - 1 pm. 10:05 I get a text he is on the way... Showed up promptly, diagnosed the issue wtihin 10 minutes and I had a working drying shortly thereafter. VERY PROFESSIONAL, PUNCTUAL, AND A GENERAL DELIGHT TO WORK WITH. I cannot recommend JD Aplliance repair high enough. We are very very pleased."
