"First off, Mike is a very nice young man and a hard worker. We had been looking at a kitchen remodel but having a hard time getting good quotes and people who understood what we wanted. "We couldn't be happier with the finished project of our screened in porch and new deck!! It came out even more beautiful than we imagined. The wide screen system gives us unobstructed views of our property and the new deck is perfect. What we noticed immediately about Sergio and his crew was their attention to detail. "We had structural repairs needed to our ceiling joist. Being an older house with old construction techniques the joist had settled at different heights and some were sagging. I asked for referrals and Matt Ford was at the top of the list. Matt came out and looked at our needs and put a well detailed plan together- engineer approved. He tested our ceiling to confirm if it had asbestos. They put up barriers where working and kept things very clean. I was updated with photos as the work progressed. Had this not been done properly major structural damage could have occurred when things were cut to install a new support beam. We could not be happier and feel good knowing this part of the house is solid now. We highly recommend Fords siding and remodeling and will use him again for our next project."

"I worked with Prime Time Custom Homes for a kitchen remodel and had an excellent experience. Everyone that worked on my home was professional, personable, experienced, communicative, and prompt. My home was built in the 70s, and I wanted to go with a modernized 70s-style vibe - we installed a butter yellow pantry wall, milk glass pendants (Amazon), a stained glass window feature (Etsy, Cali Glasshaus), and pops of walnut wood tones. They worked with me throughout the project to bring the concept to life. I used to refer to my kitchen as "my little cave", but now it is an an open, well-lit, functional and beautiful space! "This is my second time hiring John to do renovations in my home. I had such a great initial experience that I had John remodel my bathroom. As was before, John is a pleasure to work with, great at communicating about timeline and his availability, and does great quality work. John removed and installed a new toilet, vanity, lighting, and retrofitted the existing pipes. He also repaired drywall as needed, re-mounted the toilet on a newly installed floor, and installed new baseboards and quarter round. His attention to detail really shows in his work.
