"I called Drain Kings Brian Green came that next day. He said we just needed a new facet that was causing the leak. He said for us to get a new faucet either Moen or Kohler. We ordered a Moen Noelle Stainless Steel Stain Resistant with a sprayer from Home Depot. Its a high Faucet its awesome. He did a fantastic job and his prices are reasonable. He is an asset to his company. He is friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. He came this past Saturday and put the faucet in for us and stopped the leak. The faucet looks fantastic. "OK in general. The work was delayed a lot by the weather. The rotten top two 2x4 beams (10 feet long) were removed and replaced and primer placed on the bare wood during the first visit. That part of the job was excellent. When it came time to paint the new wood, the worked thought he was to do the carpentry work first. He noted it was done and offered to paint the entire trellis. He used a roller then a brush, but it was blue on blue, and I couldn't tell if anything was not painted. However it was clear he did not cover the white primer on the new wood well at all. There were multiple white areas showing. This could not be seen at eye level, but was glaringly obvious as you went up the stairs to our front porch, and was easily seen from the porch. I reported this to the manager, and she sent out a professional to finish the job correctly."
