"We started working with Jorden to re-slope some gutters to divert storm water. As our low slope shingle roof needed to be replaced, we asked him to provide a proposal to replace the existing roof with a modified bitumen roof system with an additional 3" rigid foam insulation. Kevin helped to provide me with the standard roof flashing and edge details for this type of residential roof system, which they were not familiar with.
