They, and others, thought I'd need a power upgrade, and we were bracing ourselves to have this done. I paid the deposit. Upon further inspection they discovered the multiple issues could be fixed without the upgrade, so they did all the repairs and smaller upgrades and installations (to circumvent future issues which I wouldn't have foreseen but which other "handy" people have told me were really smart), and now I can run both window AC units while washing and drying clothes and pecking at my big computer, simultaneously!
