They're very good at fixing the problem and it doesn't break. So, the quality of their work is very, very good. As I said, they offer suggestions. "I was extremely impressed with Timothy. He is an excellent ambassador for Tom Drexler and the epitome of quality service. His appearance was neat and professional. When I smiled at the American flag on his sleeve, Tim took the opportunity to brag about the company hiring veterans. He then explained his background in Georgia and how pleased he is to be working for Tom Drexler. Tim assessed the problem, put the info into his iPad and presented three options for repair. His company had just upgraded their software allowing for a more streamlined operation. In friendly conversation he explained the options and even the maintenance programs now available. When Tim came back into my home with the needed parts, he placed booties over his shoes and placed a canvas cloth on my floor at the work area. I thanked him for this and he said ‘we want to be sure it is as clean or cleaner when we leave’ and he did! We chatted while he worked and he NEVER had a negative comment about his job or even the sloppy work from the previous plumber/handy man. By the time he was finished, which was quickly and efficiently, I felt like I had met the plumber of my dreams!"
