Their documentation was not really professional. It was just a simple e-mail. Even though they put it into a lot of heads, it could have been more professional and broken down. They did an excellent job of installing 1100 square feet of hardwood in my apartment, and they did it on the time-table that they promised. "I did not like the job timing. The workers showed up on a Friday at 6:00 P.M. to start the job of removing the old floor. The returned Saturday morning to complete the installation of the new floor. Although it was an excellent job done with very good materials I did not appreciate it taking two days instead of the one day promised by the salesman. Also you have to pay for the warranty, in reality Empire does not warranty anything. The workers did do a professional job in every respect Empire should limit their work load so they don't arrive so late to start a job."
