"About 2 yrs ago I used Community Builders to put in all new windows in my house. It was an amazing experience so I thought I would try them again for my siding. I could not be happier. They were professional, showed up on time, completed the work quickly, and cleaned up the mess to where I could not tell they have been here except my house looked AMAZING! "The service call was placed on 12/10; vendor callled same day but was unable to respond until 12/14. He was prompt and declared the faucet was unreparable.. I asked if he could not try to repair but he said he cold not do that because if it din'fix the problem he could not replace the faucet. He stated that the replacement would not be exact but similar. My faucet had separaate lever for turn on/off but he said the replacement would probably be part of the sprout. We did not really appreciate this but he offered no probable favorable solution.. Not happy with response time but realize a close to weekend call caused this. Did not appreciate not even attempting repair."

"Amazing. After nearly being “taken” and charged ALOT to just look at the situation, by two other plumbers, Ted examined the pipe, located outside, and declared since it was only slightly bent, he didn,t see a need for any repair...where two others charged me ridiculous fees and one other company wouldn’t,t even give me a copy of the video I had paid for. The other companies said I needed a back hoe, and lots of disruption, a fence torn down, etc, which would have caused me a lot of $$$$$...but Ted was HONEST. He said maybe it would get worse in the future, but right now, he didn,t see any reason to dig it up and “repair” it. Also, the noise I had heard in the pipes, which prompted me to initially call a plumber had disappeared..whatever it had been was gone...I had heard some gurgling in my pipes...but it disappeared..he said it might have been some lint from my washing machine, but it had .washed away with a bit of time. I was STUNNED and delighted by his honesty...and he gave me a reasonable quote...much lower and less invasive than I had received. He is a decent man, not out to screw customers who have little or no knowledge of plumbing."
