"My water main went out on Christmas Eve leaving me without water, Wes offered to come out on Christmas day to make the repairs. I told him we could wait until the next day, he arrived on time, dug up my very rocky soil to get to the water main and made the repairs. The customer service was great and he explained everything to me every step of the way. The cost was also reasonable. I have asked that he return to make an additional repair later this week. "Job went great! Bob gave me a very competitive estimate for the Re-Pipe and went the extra mile in recommending materials for the walk on shower I had discussed with him. I accepted his bid and the work was scheduled: replace the main water line from the meter to the house, Re-Pipe all hot and cold water lines inside the home, demo the existing master tub & shower and replace with walk in shower, repair all drywall and ceiling access points and texture as required. Job went great! The main line and Re-Pipe were done in the 4 days promised. The on-site supervisor, Rudy, was awesome and made sure everything was done perfectly. The walk in shower was delayed a day due to shopping damages to the product, but was quickly resolved by the crew as they tracked down an available replacement. A few unexpected problems came up but were quickly resolved to my complete satisfaction. I will keep their name handy for any future plumbing needs."
