"Willful Disregard We just had the house tented for termites. We call D&S because they did a great job 15+ years before. They were not the cheapest, but we went with them because of the good previous work. The sale person was on time and professional. It went downhill from there. D&S is not the same company. I’m still having a hard time comprehending the willful disregard for our safety and our property and unprofessionalism during and after the work. The list is long but will keep it down to a few highlights. 1-They had no Corvid protocols in place, 2- Pull several plants up by the roots and threw them over the bank 3- Broke over 50 tiles on the roof 4- Remove gutters and left them hanging 5- Damaged the new solar system. 6- Two works used the bathroom, peed on the floor and wall, and did not flush the toilet. They have no customer service and no sorry. I wish I were exaggerating. There are so many other companies that use someone else."

"I had argentine black ants. I worked with Ben Taylor. He said if I have a question to give him a call. I did call a few times with questions and he was very courteous and nice. They did a great job. I felt they are honest as I had concerns that were addressed by other termite companies. Ben was able to ease my concerns and said the information I received from the previous companies was not all true. I cannot speak highly enough about the high integrity of this company. I would use them again and recommend their service. I actually have cards that I hand out to others for referrals when asked."

"Excellent. Painless. We saw dropping from our wood framed sliding glass door, so we thought it had to be termites. The last time we had termites, we tented and it was awful. We were delighted that this company advertised with KFI radio or else we wouldn't have known about them. The two licensed inspectors were very thorough. They explained how each of their treatments worked. As they found termites, they showed us the droppings. When the technicians arrived (on time) to do the work a few days later, we were pleasantly surprised how considerate they were. They were efficient, knowledgable, and cleaned up after themselves. They even brought their own vacuum cleaner. We would use them again. So nice that we didn't have to move out for a few days and are confident our problem has been taken care of."

"David showed up on time; he was very professional and knowledgeable about termites. He gave us options for treatments and fortunately for us, he was able to send out a technician the very next day to treat our house! I highly recommend Hi-Tech Termite Control!!"

"We have them do the pest control around the house (outside).  They came and spray everywhere outside of the property.  We have an annual contract with them.  They will come every quarter.  We like them because they claimed they use eco friendly pesticide.  No complain as of yet.  They used the internet to sent us the receipt and what service they did.

"Overall solid. I was willing to pay a little more for the peace of mind of getting the job done right. Since itâ s pest control, the work is not necessarily visible. The part that I was able to see, subterranean termite control (holes drilled and patched) looked goodâ clean, evenly spaced holes patched back."

"We use Joshua's Pest Control for quarterly pest preventative services. They are always so reliable and thorough. James and Zach are so polite, friendly, and helpful! They are truly a pleasure to work with! Their prices are more than fair for the quality of service you receive so I would highly recommend choosing Joshua's Pest Control for your pest control needs."
