"We have used American Service Specialists for two issues, one to come up with a solution for a tree blocked lateral sewer line where the County refused to take responsibility for the lateral line under the street and one to diagnose and correct an improperly installed sewer line on our property.  In the first case American Service Specialists came up with a common sense approach to resolve the blockage rather than incurring a huge unknown cost of digging up our street.  In the other case after months of water appearing on our lawn and the original installer of the sewer line failing to properly diagnose the issue, American Service Specialists properly diagnosed the issue and corrected the problem.  In each case American Service Specialists acted in a highly professional and knowledgeable manner.  They always came at the appointed time.  They diagnosed an issue where others had failed and corrected the issue.  They were highly professional and resourceful.  I would highly recommend their use.

"Ragsdale was able to work in an appointment for me with two day notice. My drain from the attic was completely clogged. After several attempts to clear the pipe the technician installed a new condensate pump and tapped to the water line to drain fixing the problem and future proofing my system in the attic. This took a couple hours total and the work was completed at 8pm .. great service and the price was right .."

"I had an issue start last night on 8/3/26, I was contacted this morning by the office by phone call and asked if I still need service. By 930 or so Aaron showed up. Aaron is very polite and answered any question I had about the job so I proceeded with them. To me it was a catastrophic issue that needed immediate attention. Aaron completed the job of my entire upstairs drains being clogged with a few hours. I see some reviews stating they are pricey and that could very well be since I did want to wait around for multiple quotes that could have taken an extra day I went with them since they were the most responsive. Im happy that I am now back up and running, with multiple people in my home it was crucial to have the bathrooms back up and running. I had three different plumbing projects, two of them major. At every step, they explained what was going on. I could see the work being done with exacting care and each step was laid out so I could understand what they were doing and why. They completely fixed a major water leak and replumbed the pipes in the basement ceiling to perfection. Beautiful work. All overhead. In an hour. "This house was vacant and the sewer backed up into it. Fulton Co. water and sewer, as well as others, couldn't find the sewer clean out due to clippings thrown over the fence from a neighbor. I called Blue Frog who setup an appointment at my convenience to get into town since I live out of state and they found the clean out within minutes! They also viewed the whole sewer line using a camera which showed no damage in the sewer line. The fix to prevent this from happening in the future was to install a back flow which they did after I had to go back home. They sent me a video of the work so I could see it completed and working. Otherwise, once everything is closed up you wouldn't know... that's integrity."
