The technician called and asked if they could come early, which was a pleasant surprise. They trenched and treated around the perimeter of the house. They also bored several holes around the concrete basement and porch, patching the holes when finished. They found no termites. My buyer asked if they treated for mice and I told them I assumed so as the deal included treating for rodents. Just to be sure I called and asked that someone call me. The next day I left another message, which Mark responded to in about an hour. This is where I got concerned as Mark did not seem aware the service included rodent control. He also was not aware the service came with a $100000 warranty against future termite damage. He stated the Deal was arranged by corporate, not the local office. However, he sent the technician back out for rodent control, which consisted of setting out several glue boxes.
