"The plumber was timely, respectful and professional. I thought I was saving money by purchasing my own fixtures for the tub but it was a different brand from the original fixtures. That said, he shared that if I wanted to put them on, he would need to cut a hole in the wall to gain access to the piping to make the change. That would have tripled the cost! I thought I would have to go back to the store to get another fixture, but to my relief he had EXACTLY what I originally had been looking for but had been unable to find! I ultimately spent less for the job than I would have if I had supplied the fixtures myself! He did quality work, helped to make certain I understood what he was doing and I now have two bathrooms with matching fixtures which had been my goal all along! Great company and TOTALLY satisfied."

"I think it was fine. Actually, my wife coordinated that one but I don't think we have any problems with it. I'm not sure if we paid extra charge aside from the deal because  I wasn't at home when the guy came out to do the job. We've used them before and they are the one who installed the water system in our house. Then the diagnosed the issue with the failed pump and replaced it quickly for approx $500. We discussed the backup system at the time but I honestly couldn't impulse that much and I wanted to review options.
