"Vincent was very sweet and very personable but better than that he got the job done and my drains are clear and drain beautiful ly!"

"Completed the job quickly. Cleaned up the work area nicely. Courteous and respectful of my home."

"Title: Exceptional, trustworthy plumbing — highly recommended Galactic Mechanical & Plumbing exceeded every expectation. After a frustrating runaround with other companies, Jordan drove up from Albuquerque to Santa Fe, waived the trip charge, and quickly diagnosed that I only needed a faucet fixture (not a full sink). He went to Home Depot, installed the new fixture, fixed a few other small issues, and left everything working — all billed fairly for one hour of labor. Jordan was professional, efficient, and honest; Megan in the office was courteous and helpful. As a longtime local with two homes, I’m already planning to use Galactic as my go-to plumber. Highly recommend them for reliable, respectful, and skilled service. Thank you, Jordan."

"Mr. Wilson arrived right on time and got to work right away. I already knew the wax ring needed to be replaced. Mr. Wilson promptly diagnosed a leak in the toilet tank water supply line and replaced the line. Everything is in perfect working order now. Better than new. I will definitely use Wilson Waterworks again for any future plumbing work.

"They tried fixing the old one first but that didn't work.  Gave me a discount and replaced it with a higher graded toilet than the one that was there. They were efficient, courtesy, and gave me the best deal possible, no questions asked.  Will definitely use them again in the future."

"Excellent. I've never found anybody that knows as much as he does about plumbing, electrical and HVAC. He's just absolutely wonderful. I would not use anybody else. He knows and explains things. He's a bit cheaper on some of the main plumbers."

"TLC was extremely busy the Friday before Memorial Day weekend but was kind enough to agree to send technicians out to our house for an emergency quote, as we had no water. Not only did the technicians show up early in the day--they let us know that the repair could be done without replacing the entire water main and then went above and beyond and restored our water service that very day!!! We were beyond grateful and paid much less than we had anticipated."

"Very high quality work.  The concrete trail is wide enough and level enough to easily ride on and harvest my fruit trees.  I have received numerous compliments about the quality of the cocrete handicapped ramp in front of the house.  His workers cleaned up after themselves, trimmed my trees, and made my yard look pretty.
Ramon is a very easy guy to work with and takes extra time to figure out what would work for you, like putting up wooden railings that don't get too hot instead of metal.  He is also very creative in coming up with solutions to unusual problems.  They do great indoor work and remodeling too.
Do - be explicit about your needs, what you want, and special requests.  Also make sure you are clear about when you need it done by.  Ask for a written estimate and discuss how the finalbill may be somewhat different so there are no unhappy surprises."

"We had a backed up main sewer line at our house. Called All Out based on good reviews on Angie's List. They answered the phone promptly and set up a call for the following morning . Bo the technician called me and told me he was on his way to the house. Bo was able to clear the sewer line in a very professional manor in a short period of time. He explained the procedure to me and updated me through the process. I would highly recommend the company as well as Bo the technician. Thanks again"
