"Kirk Roberts and his helper Paul did excellent work and went above and beyond to complete the bathrooms when I added extra things. I wanted a deep soaking tub and he tried contacted numerous companies and found just what I wanted. Although he was hired to remodel the bathrooms when I asked if he could do something to stop the rain and snow from landing on my front step and turning to ice in the winter he accommodated my wishes. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing a contractor. In addition to their great work ethic (always on time in the morning and stayed to finish a project rather than leave at a certain time) they were always friendly and just very nice people. It was a pleasure to have them in my home. I can’t say enough good things about them and have no complaints."

I had called three companies to get estimates; they were all in the same general ballpark. "This is for perspective customers. JP has recently been using and abusing its staff. The workload is unreal. The amount of work has increased, which means quality has decreased. The techs have a time limit for each account. This means rushing and overlooking details. Cheaper products compared to what used to be carried....yet an increase in price. Regional managers micro manage and its causing a ripple effect leading to un happy workers. They must suffer in silence, if you complain your job is at risk. Its a dirty game. Joe Pestana most likely isn't aware of how people are being treated. Going corporate was a mistake. They'd probably deny this, but its the truth."

"Barn Rescue – My barn was hit by a vehicle, which broke a large post and pushed section of siding out from under the roofline, plus major damage at ground level. Brad shored it up for the winter with an array of jacks and an enormous chain to ensure the thing wouldn’t fall down till they could return in the spring. Come spring, they fully replaced the damaged section’s support members and facade, and added bracing to the attic, rendering it stronger than before. Foundation support: The sagging beams and jerry-rigged support columns in the dirt basement of our 18th century house were inadequate. They dug and poured a dozen footings and lally columns, supporting a line of new 6x6 and 9x9 beams that provide solid support to the house above. They showed up promptly every day, worked fast, and left the site clean and finished. Both Brad and Chad have a deep knowledge about old houses and the techniques that were used, and I felt my historic register property was in good hands."
