"We had a horrible sugar ant infestation in our house/yard/neighborhood, where our own DIY research and treatments failed. The Nature First tech (Mike) was fantastic - he explained everything completely and told us what to expect given a January treatment. When the ants came back, they promptly did follow up treatment as per their warranty promise. I was impressed with their work and professionalism, so called them to address a separate new issue with beetle damage to wood in our crawlspace. Although they could have just treated for beetles, Mike pulled in Randy (owner) and they instead proposed installing a crawlspace ventilation system to address the root cause (crawlspace humidity) that triggered the beetles to emerge, and was likely causing other problems such as mold/mildew and stale air rising into our living space. I didn't expect this kind of thinking and solution from a pest control company, but it made sense and our prior experience on ant control was so good that I trusted them to go ahead with it. The results were spectacular - in addition to dealing with the beetles, my wife's mold/mildew allergy symptoms vanished quickly. Mike's workmanship installing our ventilation system was great - he refuses to do anything sub-par. I really trust these folks to do it right the first time. They delivered well beyond our expectations. I was really impressed by their knowledge, breadth, and ability to think things through. The support staff (Carrie and LIzzy) are great to work with as well."

"Matt showed up when he said he would.  Sprayed my kitchen and the perimeter of the house as well as putting powder under the house.   We have had no problems since.   His prices are great!  My daughter pays $200 for her pest controller which I think she's crazy to do when she could call Matt instead, but she's set in her ways!   Whatever he uses works really good and we haven't had any problems with the dogs or cats getting sick etc afterward.  He says it's environmentally friendly stuff .  I was really worried since we have 4 indoor dogs and 3 indoor cats.  Never a problem after he sprayed.  Hurrah for Matt!   He's the only pest control I intend to use , ever! <br />"

"Ben Kesecker and his assistant arrived promptly at 8 a.m. ready to perform the above mentioned items.  They spent many hours working on the house and garage, and laying out traps in my crawl space and around the perimeter of the house..  They went way beyond the call of duty, as I had had a skunk spray near my front door, and the smell permeated my entry way and living room.  They made sure that there was no way the skunk could have gotten into my crawl space, and gave me good suggestions for airing out the house and getting rid of the smell.  <br /> They were very meticulous in their work and even fixed a few things not on the original work order.  They will come back every few days to monitor the traps that were put out so I don't have to deal with them.  <br /> They will be following up every other month on a separate rodent and pest control contract that I have signed up for.  I feel very confident that they will be equally as responsive with this maintenance contract.  <br />"

"<p>Very impressed!  Michael was here promptly at the time scheduled and went right to work checking out our attic for signs of critters.  He was very honest and let us know that there were no recent signs of birds or squirrels. He gave us suggestions on how to clean up the existing bird droppings.  He also checked all around the perimeter of the house just to make sure he could see that all of the upper vent openings were properly secured off (which we had done several months earlier but still thought they were getting in).</p> <p>He then checked under the house and saw that there were signs of raccoon or possum.  He saw that there was an opening where they could have entered.  He then proceeded to tell my husband and I what would need to be done and let us decide whether to attempt it ourselves or not.  We went ahead and decided to have him perform the work which I am very glad we did.  He squeezed into a small area behind our air conditioning unit and screened off the opening.  We also had a heating duct that had fallen off.  We asked if that was something he could do and he did not hesitate to agree to fix that at no additional charge.  While under the house he also cleaned up the animal droppings and disposed of those.  </p> <p>I had been worried about critter activity in the attic and under the house and concerned about the duct that had become disconnected.  So I feel much better now that this has all been addressed and my husband is relieved that he will not need to crawl around under the house and climb up into the attic.  </p> <br />"
