Lots of promises without any follow-through. one contractor came most of the time after working another job and showed up at 2 or 3 PM and many times did not show up at all without any communication. They were friendly and could do an excellent job if they had more management and timed things appropriately."

Will Adams found a leak in the instant hot water dispenser and said it needed to be replaced. He suggested options for Roth doing the entire replacement and install or purchasing the unit and then having it installed Both techs were clear in their presentation of what needed to be addressed and offered options without any pressure."
