Old Rheem tankless unit was removed and the Rinnai tankless was installed, a new condensation line was run, and I had a new Rinnai descaling filter installed at this time. I would highly recommend E.C. Plumbing, and I would hire Mr. Castillo again."

"Gus at Pro Bright went above and beyond on a Sunday to detect and repair our master bedroom ceiling leak. With water to the house turned off at the street we were desperate to find a contractor who could respond right away. Other contractors offered appointments Monday or Tuesday. Gus responded that he could be here in 2 hours to repair the leaking pipe, but could have Jeff, his water mitigation project manager here within 30 minutes to assess the water damage. These guys were both so professional. They shared the process, timeline and costs, and were prepared to start right away. They promptly moved my disabled husband and his adjustable bed to another room away from the work area assuring his comfort and safety. Gus repaired the overhead leak and turned the water back on. Jeff scheduled the water mitigation process to begin first thing Monday morning. We are especially grateful for the kindness these 2 professionals showed us in our time of need."

Monday @ 5 pm, hot water was up and running. David, the technician knew what had to be done to get the heater up and running. The next day, we did have a hiccup with a part but David came out immediately and tweaked the part -- all is good. Here is what I like -- 1. no sales pitch. 2. David gave me a plan b for possible additional work. 3. this company is available 365 days and you dont have to wait for parts to be delivered from out of state. 4. "Nick C. helped this Disabled Veteran out with a severely clogged main septic drain, going above and beyond because he also cleared out slow flowing faucets, the shower and kitchen sink as well as cleared out toilet tank water line which was also clogged. He showed and explained to me about needing a water filtration system next to well water pump because sand and dirt is getting through, clogging water pipes. He also found the Rheem on demand water heater the previous owner installed is not powerful enough, so I'm having him come back to replace and install those."
