First he showed me a couple of tricks that I could try in the future, but that didn't work. So, he brought in the heavy duty sink drain snake and went to work. He also suggested that once a month, I should fill both sinks with hot water and Dawn and then pull the stoppers at the same time. This should clear out any grease build-up. I never put grease in my drains, but he said even the little bit that gets rinsed off of plates and what the dishwasher cleans off, can cause a clog to form, over time. Good to know.
