He provided a written summary of the exact work he would do as well as the products he would be using. He was always courteous and upfront about all parts of the process. I didnâ t feel like he was trying to sell me something I didnâ t need or take advantage of me. He or a member or his team thoroughly answered all of my questions. He also brought a member of his team, George to do rodent control too. He closed all entry points, set traps and cleaned out the majority of the old things stored in the attic from the previous owners. They will also send photos and a report of the before and after of the work they completed. They will come back under warranty just to make sure termites are gone, spray deterrent for the rodents, and check the traps as well as any new entry points. I will definitely use Bug-It again and I will consider using their quarterly pest control service. Prices were reasonable for service done in a spirit of excellence!"
