He was always upfront with us and let us know everything that was going to happen and what day it would be done. All of his workers were kind, knowledgeable and cleaned up after they were finished. The entire process was easy and as stress free as possible. Even when there were a few bumps in the road due to pre-existing issues in our basement, Chuck explained in detail what the issue was and how they could fix it. "The guys from Falcon Pro, Alex and Gerardo, were great to work with right from the first time we met with them. After introductions, we all walked through our space together and discussed what we wanted to see at the end of the job. They also took us to the home of a client whose house they had renovated extensively, so we were able to get a firsthand look at the quality of their work. "If I could give ten stars, I would. Ace completely rebuilt our old and rotting front deck and the results were everything we wanted and more. The work crews completely rebuilt the deck in 3 days and everyone has complimented the work done with glowing praise. Even my most discerning friends love the work. Ace was extremely professional and the price quoted was very reasonable considering the cost of materials and amount of work involved. The crews were friendly, hard-working, and cleaned up the job site beautifully. We will be using them for additional projects going forward."

"We were very please after our kitchen renovations were done but we did not consent to pictures of our kitchen being placed on line. Within the 3-year warranty, we had to contact Pedro, the owner several times concerning a pipe under the sink that was leaking and the microwave vent. After the three-year warranty was up, he was non-responsive. We left several messages on the companies’ voicemail and sent numerous emails concerning installation of new appliances. During the process of having new appliances installed, Lowe’s informed us, that our water line was not up to code and the microwave was not measured correctly. Therefore, as a result of the waterline not being up to code, the refrigerator and dishwasher could not be installed. I do not recommend doing business with Hdez Cabinets. Thanks TR"

"This is the second time that Raven has done work for me and I was very pleased with the overall quality of the work. The only ding which isn't a major one was that Raven replaced some rotten wood around the door area and the old wood was left on site and was not thrown away. Again, nothing major and it could have simply been a result of it being a long day. The overall work was still very impressive."

"GREAT Experience!!! Extremely satisfied with the work provided by Julio and his team (Ricardo and Jose) at Handy Dad on a master bathroom shower upgrade. Julio was incredibly responsive throughout the entire project - doing all the things a great project manager should. Phenomenal craftsmanship, work areas cleaned daily, and great follow through on every issue lead to hugely successful results. I had never done a major renovation like this before, so I spent time researching this project to give myself basic knowledge of all the required pieces and how they work (plumbing, fixtures, tiling, etc). I think this is important to ensure the success of any project you want to take on. Julio came out to discuss my general ideas on the project and gave me a lot of confidence that this was the right team to choose for the job. I wanted to upgrade the old small dingy fiberglass builder-grade shower with a bigger custom shower with tile + new fixtures + wall niches + frameless glass door. I was able to provide my own material (tile, grout, shower fixtures + valves) and they would handle ALL the rest. The estimate came back in a few days and was more competitive than other companies I had pitched the project to. The payment schedule was agreeable and based on the positive reviews + conversations with Julio I had zero concerns with moving forward. Once I signed the contract they were able to start right away on the project without any delays. Protective covers were laid down in the house to prevent any damage to floors and carpet along the path to the bathroom, and we had a banter out front for all the demo material. The guys did a great job cleaning up space every day. At the end of each day, Julio would check in with me and address any issues and would let me know when the guys would show up the next day. Any time there was a scheduling delay, Julio was always responsive in letting me know what was going on. The end result was better than I could have imagined. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone, and they will be the first call for my next project."
