Simply put, I interviewed 5 outfits to put in two tankless water heaters - Dave is the only one you should consider, hands down. Dave was not only extremely professional, but he also understood how upsetting it was to have to water heaters crack open destroying ceilings and walls in our home and leaving us only with cold water. Though I learned much through the internet, he listened carefully and then gave explanations that made sense in light of what I had learned. After all his patience, he then proposed a plan that made sure that I felt comfortable that I would have an endless supply of hot water at the elevated temperatures and flowrates that I wanted for our large house. This was unique. I called in 5 outfits - Dave was the only one that listened to my needs and made sure that they were met. "Everything went well despite the difficulties encountered with the removal of the old water heater (awkward location in a small utility area that was very wet). Anthony with Budget Home Services, Fairbanks North Houston location, was extremely knowledgeable, answered all questions thoroughly and patiently and installed my new water heater and made sure everything was correct. Some items needed to be brought up to code (as I live in an older home), and this was done during the installation procedure as well. I cannot recommend Budget Home Services enough!
